"Nobody to speak to!"

I am trying to track down two parcels that seem to have gone missing. I have rung the number given, 01892 518477, about twenty times and left two messages. There is always a voice mail message saying 'we can't answer the phone at the moment' - it just seems to me that this message should read instead of 'at the moment' the word EVER should be inserted..
