"Pointless phone number"

Missing parcel. Tried calling dowding way post office place but no luck. Waste of time having a phone if you're NEVER going to answer it. I guess I'll just have to get in my car and drive down to the depot to enquire - thus clogging up the already traffic laden industrial estate. An answer machine is also an invention that you may have heard of - customers can leave messages for you to totally ignore..
